"Shipping was okay I guess"
I ordered from itsa10haircare.com and my order did show up but it took a bit longer than I thought it would. The tracking was kinda slow to update too so I kept checking it. Packaging was fine though and nothing came damaged.

"My hair actually feels hydrated now"
I’ve been using this for a bit and my hair feels so much softer, actually, not just softer, it finally doesn’t feel dry and rough all the time. Really happy with it

"Pretty good for what you pay"
I’ve ordered from It's A 10 a few times now and, honestly… I think the value is solid. It’s not the cheapest hair stuff out there, but the bottles last me a long time because I really don’t need to use much. My hair does feel better too, so yeah, it feels worth it to me. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid and I’d order again

"Didn't really do much for my hair"
I used it for a while and barely noticed any difference. I was hoping for at least some improvement, but my hair looked pretty much the same. Also, the whole automated follow-up stuff was annoying, I’d rather deal with an actual person if I have questions.

"Soft at first, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered from itsa10haircare.com, the products did make my hair feel softer and smoother right after washing. It had that nice freshly-conditioned feel, which I liked. But by the next day, my ends were already feeling a little dry again, so the results didn’t really last as long as I hoped. It’s not a bad product at all, but for the price, I was expecting something that felt a little more impressive

"Works well, just go easy 🙂"
I liked it overall and it did the job, but the fragrance was a little much for my scalp. I just had to be careful with how much I used. Still good stuff though 🙂

"The scent was just too overpowering"
I really wanted to like this, but the smell was way too strong for me. I got a headache quickly and couldn’t bring myself to use it again. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I’ve had enough annoying experiences with that kind of thing that I didn’t feel like wasting my time.

i was hoping this would smooth my hair out, but it still looked frizzy after using it. didn’t really notice much of a difference.

"Helped my dry, fried ends"
My ends were feeling fried before, and from what I remember, my hair hasn’t felt this soft or healthy in a while. It definitely feels way less damaged now — I’m really happy with it
